"Growing up I hated my natural hair and never felt pretty."
Looking back I see it as a lack of knowledge on natural hair is what called me to "hate" it. I disliked that my hair was so thick. Because I didn't know how to manage or properly moisturize it. So I would get a texturizer to loosen my curls and monthly silk presses to have "pretty hair". Not realizing the damage I was causing.
In 2015, I did my first "trim" that would start my hair journey. And for a year, every other month I would trim more and more hair off. Till I was fully natural. During this time I would watch youtube videos and make DIY hair care products with ingredients that I had at home or could find locally. I would do weekly Papaya hair mask treatments, Hot oil treatments, anything you can think of I've made it. Using these natural products; herbs, oils, and raw butter helped to grow my hair bra strap length.
Fast Forward to 2020, a trying time when covid caused a break-rush in the world. I decided to launch hair care made with all-natural ingredients with safe but effective hair tools and knowledge on healthy hair care. Allowing women to feel confident in their natural hair. Because not knowing how is the only thing that stops us from having fun with our hair!

Q. Can I get a refund or exchange on a KURLYQ LLC product?
A. We're confident that you'll love our products however, due to COVID-19, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are freshly handmade. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully.

Q. My package was damaged, what should I do?
A. Please be advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 5 days of receiving package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 7 days

Q. How long will shipping take?
A. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide the best turn around time. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days then shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail timeframe for delivery takes 1-3 business days between Monday - Thursday. On Weekends delivery can take up to 5 business days.
